SOLD!

We are so very thankful for the quick action on our house! I was praying to be up on the island at the beginning of summer so that we could enjoy the area before school starts. We are supposed to sign papers on Saturday, 6 June and record the closing on Tuesday, 9 June. We would need to be all packed up and out for the new owner to be living here then.



I found this shot of the harbor with Mt Baker in the background...and below, a picture of Deception Pass (it connects Whidbey Island to Fidalgo Island).





We are sad to be moving away from so many good friends...but I'm confident we'll be back occasionally for visits. Afterall, we still haven't seen Yellowstone Park!!



If you think of us, remember us in your prayers for finding a home in Oak Harbor (big enough for lots of visitors!) and for opportunities to make new good friends. We are certain God has our back and is taking care of all the future details :) We've been watching this one from our computer...but don't know the extent of the gathering mold on the walls.
